今天是重陽節,但是我睡不著。看了新浪網的新聞,想到有多少老人還不能安享晚年。想到自己的外公外婆每天還要自己洗菜切菜,煮飯,有多少次外婆會弄傷手指,或者被油燙到。最近想到一個還比較創新的方法,希望可以解決老人們的吃飯問題。 給大家分享一些數據吧。 1. 北京有20%的老人在60歲以上,重慶17%,上海24.5%。 2. 中國31個省中,26個老年人超過10%。 10年前,只有14個省超過這個數字。 3. 中國的老人中,有1/3是空巢老人,4748萬人喪偶。 4. 北京有248萬老人。 80歲以上的老人中,有50%以上的老人處於失能,半失能狀態。 5. 目前城市老年人退休金佔收入的66%,但在農村,退休金只佔4.6%。農村老人41.2%的收入要靠自己工作。 有沒有有興趣在這方面創業的同僚。我們一起為老年人解決問題。 (當然,還要同時賺錢養家。) Continue reading 要創業的有沒有?

解決中國外來務工人員的问题

今晚無聊,就寫了個可行性不高的小計劃。發現這其實還蠻難做成社會企業的… 在中國的大部分城市居住者許多外來務工人員(以下簡稱外勞)。他們背井離鄉,多數從農村來到城市。在這個飛速發展的社會,他們成為了繁華城市裡的“新窮人”。 勤功將通過培訓課的形式,為外來務工者提供生活和教育方面的諮詢,使他們能更好的融入新環境,盡快過上小康生活。勤功有以下三大特點: 1)讓成功的外勞作為新外勞的培訓老師,給新外勞授課。這一點充分利用了外勞之間交流能互相理解的特點,減少了交流上的障礙。已來到這個城市3-5年的外勞,可以成為新外勞的老師,給予他們鼓勵和教授他們各行各業的入門知識。我們還將邀請很成功的外勞參與講座,給新外勞鼓舞,甚至提供就業機會。 2)把社會資源集結起來,讓企業有興趣贊助和參與我們的服務。對於很多企業而言,使僱員的能力升級是他們成長的目標。我們可以針對外勞聘用較廣的企業,為它們提供服務,並向他們收取一定費用,讓這些企業可以以最低資金達到員工能力的升級。 3)我們會以階梯的形式向有一定收入的外勞收取培訓費用。剛來到新城市的外勞將免費獲取入門課程。進入中級課程的外勞須支付10元每課的費用。通過此模式,我們只需要6個勞工報名,就可以支付一位外勞教師60元每課的薪水和交通補貼。 Continue reading 解決中國外來務工人員的问题
