Is it important to be “fair trade”? Is “fair trade” more important than “locally grown” ? Is organic important?

Who took all the profits? Who is the beneficiary? Are producers allowed to raise prices? Should consumers share the risk?

Should people who import fair trade coffees be mandatory to go meet the farmers? Is it OK just to be a social marketer rather than creating true social impact?

Farming is an interesting industry in Taiwan. Lots of issues and tons of debates.
